Introduction : Quality of service is needed to give satisfaction to patients. Health center is one of the health institutions that must maintain the quality of the service. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the quality of health services and the satisfaction of outpatients at the Madiun Health Center in Madiun Regency. Methods : The research design is correlational analytic with cross sectional approach. The study was conducted on March 18-22 2019 at Madiun Health Center, Madiun Regency. The population was outpatients in the Madiun Health Center as many as 80 respondents. Sampling uses accidental sampling. The sample is 49 respondents. The independent variable is the quality of health services and the dependent variable is patient satisfaction. Data collection using a questionnaire. Statistical tests using spearman rank with a significant level of ? = 0.05. Results : The results of the study showed that from 49 respondents most of the respondents rated service quality in a sufficiently quality category as many as 25 respondents (51.02%) and almost half of the respondents stated that the service provided was satisfactory, as many as 24 respondents (48.98%). Spearman rank statistic test obtained p value = 0,000 ? ? ? = 0.05 so Ha was accepted, there is a relationship between the quality of health services and satisfaction of outpatients at the Madiun Health Center, Madiun Regency with value of r = 0.792 strong correlation Conclusions : Quality services that are of sufficient quality make patients feel satisfaction in sufficient categories. Quality of service is an important instrument in achieving patient satisfaction. It is expected that patients who are satisfied patients will reuse services when needed. Madiun Health Center have to increase health service by skill training.
