PENGARUH TERAPI MUROTTAL SURAT AR RAHMAN TERHADAP KECEMASAN PASIEN PRE OPERASI FRAKTUR EKSTREMITAS BAWAH DI RUANG ASOKA RSUD CARUBAN

Introduction : One of the management of lower limb fractures is operative repositioning. Some people are sometimes unable to control the anxiety they face, so disharmony occurs in the body. One of the efforts to reduce anxiety is using murottal Ar-Rahman letter therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of murottal Surat Ar-Rahman therapy on the anxiety of patients undergoing surgery for lower extremity fractures in the Asoka Room of Caruban Hospital. Methods : The research design was a pre-experimental approach in the approach of one group pretest-posttest design. The study was conducted on 12-25 August 2019 at the Asoka Room of Caruban Hospital. The population was all patients who would undergo preoperative lower extremity fracture surgery in the Asoka Hospital of Caruban Hospital as many as 19 respondents. Sampling uses Accidental Sampling. Samples of 16 respondents. The independent variable is the Ar-Rahman Letter Murottal Therapy and the dependent variable is anxiety Data collection using the HARS scale. Results : The results showed that most respondents had severe anxiety before being given murottal therapy for the Ar-Rahman letter as many as 10 respondents (62.50%) and the majority of respondents had mild anxiety after being given murottal therapy for the Ar-Rahman letter as many as 11 respondents (68.75 %). Wilcoxon statistical test obtained p value = 0,000 ? ? = 0.05 so that Ha is accepted. Conclusions : There is an influence of murottal therapy of Ar-Rahman's Surat murottal therapy on the anxiety of patients with preoperative lower extremity fracture in the Asoka Room of Caruban Hospital. After being exposed to the Ar-Rahman letter a person will tend to relax, blood pressure decreases and the pulse will return to normal. In the end it will cause a decrease in anxiety.
