Diabetes Mellitus disease (DM) was chronic disease that number of occurrence always increasing in every year. DM was abnormality of carbohydrate processing in body that cause by lack of insulin hormone,so carbohydrate can’t use by cell for changed to energy.The problem had been occurring in research location patient wasn’t capable to apply DM diet correctly. They had a reason if they didn’t knowPurpose of this research was to know correlation of family support with diet setting patient of diabetes mellitusinMojorejo Village Working Area PuskesmasGantrungKebonsari Sub-districMadiun District.rnResearch design was correlation by using cross sectional. Population was of all family with people with in Mojorejo Village Working Area PuskesmasGantrung as much as 25 people. Sample in this research was total sampling, it was all of family with people with diabetes mellitus With diabetes mellitus patient in Mojorejo Village Working Area PuskesmasGantrung as much as 25 people. Sample in this research was total sampling, there were all of diabetes mellitus patient in Mojorejo Village Working Area PuskesmasGantrung as much as 25 people. Independent variable of this research was family support and dependent variable was diet settings of people with diabetes mellitus. Data analyze using statistic examination Spearman Rank with α = 0,05.rn Result of research majority of family that weren’t support as much as 14 respondent (56%), diet settings people with diabetes mellitus majority in the lack category as much as 22 respondent (88%). From result of statistic examination Spearman Rank, gained result P-value 0,013. It shown that Ho rejected and H1 accepted, it was mean that there was correlation family support with diet settings of people with diabetes mellitus in Mojorejo Village Working Area PuskesmasGantrungKebonsariSubdistricMadiun District.rn Good of family support can make high motivation for diet settings of people with diabetes mellitus, so expected for family always control and gave attention to people with diabetes mellitus so can as an effort increasing success of diet setting of diabetes mellitus.rnrnKey word: Family Support, Diet, Diabetes Mellitus.rn
